Top Yard Farm Caravan Park is a small, family-run and highly friendly site for those who want to see Skegness – only two miles away – and all the surrounding area has to offer. (Hint: quite a bit.)

You'll pick up on the amicable vibe as soon as you arrive at this well-maintained Skeggy spot, whether that's a welcome from the Top Yard team or a glass raised at the site's licensed bar (The Crewe Yard), serving draught beers, wines and spirits in a convivial atmosphere to round off a long sightseeing or sandy day. Please check notice boards for bar opening times.

The facilities here are well kept, and include a toilet and shower block, drinking water taps, and sinks for dishwashing and laundry. A play area is around for the kids, and a dog walk for welcome canine guests.

As we are already on our way into the 2024 season, we have relocated the childrens play area into the top section of our camping field. with this comes a new exciting play area, which Val and some of our seasonal pitch holders have recently finished building.
