Hi guys, further to our earlier update regarding some changes in how we do things, we have since
received some additional information regarding Leicester.
The Health Secretary announced last night that Leicester would remain in lockdown. Further, he
said: We recommend to people in Leicester, stay at home as much as you can and we recommend against all but essential travel to, from and within Leicester. We will monitor closely adherence to social
distancing rules and will take further steps if that is what’s necessary. This is a travel recommendation which is to be reviewed in two weeks, with the implication (on the radio this morning) that
it could be made mandatory.
To any of our seasonal pitch owners who are effected by the continued lockdown in Leicester, we
are sorry to hear that you wont be able to travel until further notice, however we look forward to seeing you when this latest lockdown ends.
To all who have made booking on our site, We are sorry if you are affected by the latest
government recommendation not to travel; we will be pleased to offer you alternative dates; please contact us as we try to arrange this for you.
We appreciate that this may effect some of you and as dissapointing as it may be, we expect you
to do the right thing and follow the current government guidance..
